COVID-19 addendum

During the COVID-19 pandemic we will be working with the RFU's recommended data processor, Proactive, to ensure that symptom checks on all coaches and players are carried out before training sessions. This will mean Proactive's collecting name and contact information along with some basic medical information around COVID-19 symptoms, and Bank Lane Rugby passing on information to official Track and Trace services if required. Under GDPR article 9(2)(i) this doesn't require explicit consent, but we want to be up front about what measures we are taking. You may wish to also check out Proactive's own privacy policy.

Obviously once the crisis is over we'll stop doing this.

Fair processing.
