RFU moves to Stage C on Return to Rugby Roadmap

Posted by Leah Earl on 13 August 2020

The RFU has confirmed that the game is now at Phase C of the Return to Rugby Roadmap, following approval from the government. This means that, along with the rest of the grassroots rugby community, we can now recommence some larger group rugby activity, initially non-contact, subject to adherence with RFU guidance.

You can see more information at Return to Rugby Roadmap - Stage C.

Obviously we'll also be following government Coronavirus (Covid-19) guidelines along with detailed RFU guidance and any local government lockdown restrictions that may be implemented.

More details about what we'll be doing in the new season to follow here, but it's great to have the green light to be able to reommence training with our players. Mini/youth in particular have been deprived of organised sport for too long.
